Lacombe Days is a vibrant celebration of our community's spirit, bringing together residents and visitors through a variety of events that entertains and boosts local tourism.  The festival provides valuable opportunities for local businesses to connect with the community, showcase their offerings, and build lasting relationships.

By attending and participating in Lacombe Days events and activities, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured by event organizers, sponsors, media representatives, and authorized third parties.

These images and recordings may be used by the Lacombe Days Committee, event partners, sponsors, and media outlets for promotional, marketing, educational, archival, and public relations purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, print materials, advertising, and news coverage.

Attendance at Lacombe Days consititutes your consent to the use, reproduction, publication, and distributition of your image, likeness, voice, and appearance without compensation or further notification.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please make reasonable efforts to avoid areas where photography or filming is taking place and notify an event volunteer or organizer.  While we will make reasonable efforts to accomodate requests, we cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear in incidental or crowd images captured during public events.
